Adult Sunday School
Adult Sunday School classes meet both at 9:45 to 11:00 with discussion groups and Bible study offered. There is an additional adult class that meets from 11:00 to 12:00. For more information contact Bill Bennett.  

Vacation Bible School

Caring Hands Ministry
Lay care-giving ministry of the Church. For more information contact Jan-Mar: Ralph Herrick or Keyna Radtke Apr-Jun: Heidi Agostini or Gloria Tuck Jul-Sep: Kim Bower or Trish Goodie Oct-Dec: Julie Buchanan or Daisy Condon. The following care areas encompass the Caring Hands ministry:

Amigos provides meals, fruit baskets, flowers to persons in crisis or transition. Contact Myersville area: Peggy Bishop or Middletown area: Linda Nealon or Frederick area: Wendy Wampler.

Baby Recognition. Contact Rebecca Rothenhoeffer or Barb Lindberg .

Bereavement. Contact Judy House or Joy Hummer.

"Goody Bags" provides "goodie bags" for children who have experienced hospitalization, surgery, serious illness or injury. Contact Kim Henderson.

Sonshine provides cards of celebration, sympathy, etc. to members of the congregation in need. Contact Dottie Dalphon or Daisy Condon or Adriana Hohl or Heather Houck or Marilyn Lindsey or Judy Saccardi.


Children's Sunday School

Chrysalis
Weekend retreat experience for deepening Christian faith and developing Christian leadership. Program designed for high school and college age young adults. Contact Nancy Randall.

Deaf Ministry  
Works to bridge the gap between deaf and hearing cultures of our community of faith. Contact Myron Randall or Bill Farrand.  

Disciple I, II, III and Christian Believer
Thirty week in-depth study of the Old and New Testaments and Christian doctrine. Contact Bill Bennett.

Emmaus

Family Ministry
This ministry focuses on families with young children between the ages of birth through 12 years. It serves as a bridge between MUMC and the community and strengthens existing ministries which help to attract, welcome, and engage families in the life of our church. Faith Circle meets on the 4th Monday of each month, September through May. Faith Circle gathers at 10:00 AM at MUMC. Contact Joyce Routzahn.
Friendship Circle meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month, September through May. Friendship Circle gathers at 9:00 AM at MUMC. Contact Beth Tice.
Hope Circle meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:30 PM at MUMC. Contact Carol Marshall.
Serendipity Circle meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM at MUMC. Childcare is provided at the church. Contact Peggy Bishop.
