"Prayers Bring Peace"

      "Knowing that people were praying for him, (her young son) in addition to me, gave me a peacefulness amidst the stress..." That's from a thank-you note sent by a member of MUMC who asked for help from our prayer chain. She adds that the boy came through fine and is doing well now.

      "Blessed be...the God of all consolation, who consoles us in our affliction so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction..." (2 Cor 1:3)
